We hope you purchased CORE Care when you bought your scissors. CORE Care gives you extra peace of mind if your scissors become damaged.

If your scissors have been damaged—for example, by being dropped on the floor or in some other way—we will replace them for a small fee.

Here’s what to do:

1. Tape the scissor blades together so that the scissors cannot open during transit.

2. Pack the scissors securely in a padded envelope and send them by registered mail to your local distributor.

3. As soon as we receive the scissors, we will send you a replacement.

 

Please note: Remember to include your name and the full address to which the replacement scissors should be sent.
